ChiroHealthUSA Transition - Effective May 1, 2021
Effective May 1, 2021, we will no longer be participating as an In-Network provider for any Health Insurance Company with the exception of Medicare.
Over the last few years, state and federal guidelines have put restrictions on Healthcare Providers which limit the discounts and number of visits allowed for each patient. As part of our commitment in providing affordable care, we have chosen to participate in a program that allows us to provide discounted fees to our patients who become members and to remain compliant with state and federal law.
ChiroHealthUSA is a network that works in conjunction with a Discount Medical Plan Organization giving patients access to the same discounts that are typically only negotiated by the insurance companies. ChiroHealthUSA is NOT insurance, however, and should not replace your insurance. It will simply allow us to lower the cost of our services.
Moving forward, all patients, with the exception of Medicare, will need to be enrolled in ChiroHealthUSA.
Pay only a $49 membership fee per year (in our office)
Membership covers you and your legal dependents
Pay only the discounted fee per visit (ask for the current discounted rate)
Unlimited visits per calendar year
Receive discounts with any ChiroHealthUSA provider nationwide
Upon request, Complete Wellness can provide you with a monthly Superbill which
allows you to file your visits with your participating Health Insurance Company.
