Our nutrition and weight loss program. We not only tackle diet and exercise. We consider your emotions, your subconscious, and everything that is currently affecting your health, including your hormones and gut health! If you've tried the fads, the quick-fixes, and they didn't work. Work with Dr. Shelley in her Evolve Program. She considers all aspects of life to uncover the truth about why you are not where you want to be, and gives you the action plan to get there! Process: Fill out a Standard Process Survey, this allows Dr. Shelley to examine what your body is missing and she recommends supplements to support your body in its healthiest form. Schedule your 30 minute consult with Dr. Shelley, where she'll ask about your daily habits, your goals, and the struggles that have blocked you in the past. During this consult, your waist will be measured with twine. Book out your Evolve Program Therapies for twice a week.

Evolve Therapies: An hour's workout worth of effort in just 10 minutes! Vibrating at 30 hz a minute, this machine is responsible for 500 muscle contractions a minute which triggers the lymphatic system to drain. This aids weight loss and muscle building! Weight loss can be draining on the system. Sitting with the biocharger refuels the system and the Brain Tap reprograms your subconscious with the Weight Wellness series. Providing you with a safe, happy, and healthy weight loss journey. Our mission is to guide you through the process so that it is as easy as possible!

Every month, you will have a 30 minute consult with Dr. Shelley to go over your process and to measure your waist with a new twine. It is recommended to tape every piece twine next to the mirror you check your outfit in. It provides the visual as you can watch it shrink and shrink and shrink!
